Propulsion Support 

Segers Aero Corporation (SAC), established in 1976 and located in Alabama and Florida, provides FAA and EASA approved aircraft turbine engine repair and overhaul to our customers worldwide. Segers provides support and overhaul services for the Rolls Royce Allison T-56/501 turbine engine series, the PW100 series and PT6A & T.

An independent repair facility, SAC employs a team of highly qualified and experienced personnel providing a committed workforce, dedicated to the support of our international operations and customers around the world. SAC offers field service support and repair teams to assist with fault diagnosis and field repairs. Additional services include AOG support and the offering of continuous preventative maintenance advice.

Our proven Quality Assurance (QA) system ensures that all work undertaken meets the exacting standards required by the national aviation authorities, that our customers have come to expect. Our inspection department utilizes 30 years of experience and non-destructive testing capability to support our maintenance requirements.

Segers’ state of the art test facility provides on-line, real time testing and digital fault diagnosis to fully test engine modules and the completed Quick Engine Change Unit (QECU) via high speed computers and auto-cueing software routines. Testing of the complete QECU allows the user to verify that all of the installed functions operate correctly as well as measuring the ISA corrected performance figures. Additional bespoke and customized component test equipment supports all capabilities.
